"A Friday ritual. A single photo - no words - capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember.
If you're inspired to do the same, leave a link to your 'moment' in the comments for all to find and see."

“Our moments of inspiration are not lost though we have no particular poem to show for them;
for those experiences have left an indelible impression, and we are ever and anon reminded of them.”
~ Henry David Thoreau
Such a beautiful moment. Don't you just love the little birds that seems to come around more often during the cold weather seasons?? Have a great weekend!! : )

What a perfect winter moment! Please send some snow our way! :)
ReplyDeleteOur moment for this week comes from walking the Advent Spiral at our church. It was the first year that it had taken place at our church and while photography is not normally allowed at an Advent Spiral I am so glad that it was at this one (it was the first year everyone with the exception of our family had walked it and people really wanted to be able to document it). I love this picture of my sweet Grace in the Spiral. It just captured this experience perfectly!

ReplyDeleteHappy weekend :)
I miss Northeastern Chickadees. We have Mountain Chickadees here in Colorado--not quite as fat and round, but still very cute.

Look at all that gorgeous snow! We've just got cold wet and windy which isn't half so fun!
ReplyDeleteNice and calming. We have lots of chickadees and sparrow that hang around our place all winter, eating the chicken feed. My Moment: http://lifewiththecrew.typepad.com/my-blog/2013/12/this-moment-cheese-pumpkin-man.html
